- Thick cut bacon
- Hawaiian hamburger buns
- Lettuce

- Charcoal Companion Cast Iron grill press
- RC Ranch Texas Wagyu beef
- Duck Fat Spray
- Big Green Egg Sweet Vidalia Onion bbq sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Load yoder with bbqr’s delight pellets and preheat to 450 degrees
- Layout the ground beef, season with
- Meat Church Holy Voo-doo and soppin sauce
- Take 3-4 oz ball of ground beef, lay between 2 layers of parchment paper, and smash down with cast iron grill press
- Pull the 2 piece diffuser, install yoder griddle plate, spray with duck fat
- Grill the patties hot and fast at 2 minutes per side along with the bacon
- Toast the buns on the right side while the patties are cooking
- Top with cheese
- Once the cheese is melted pull the patties, bacon, and buns off the grill
- Top the burger with sweet Vidalia onion bbq sauce and eat it hot!
