  • Load yoder with bbqr’s delight pellets and preheat to 450 degrees
  • Layout the ground beef, season with
  • Meat Church Holy Voo-doo and soppin sauce
  • Take 3-4 oz ball of ground beef, lay between 2 layers of parchment paper, and smash down with cast iron grill press
  • Pull the 2 piece diffuser, install yoder griddle plate, spray with duck fat
  • Grill the patties hot and fast at 2 minutes per side along with the bacon
  • Toast the buns on the right side while the patties are cooking
  • Top with cheese
  • Once the cheese is melted pull the patties, bacon, and buns off the grill
  • Top the burger with sweet Vidalia onion bbq sauce and eat it hot!
