  • Load the egg with Fogo premium lump charcoal
  • Light with the electro-torch fire starter
  • Pre-heat egg to 450 degrees with the convEGGtor installed, legs up with grate and pizza stone on top
    Lay out the pizza dough on parchment paper and trim the edges of the paper
  • Top with your choice of toppings – sauce, cheese, meat, and veggies
    We use a red sauce, mozzarella cheese, peppers, pepperoni, mushrooms and RC Ranch link sausage (sliced)
  • Slide onto the pizza stone and cook for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees
  • Pull the pizza when the crust is a nice golden brown
  • Slice and serve hot!
