  • Brine the turkey with Meat Church Bird Bath Brine.
  • Remove the turkey, pat it down, then rub down with garlic herb butter and
  • Meat Church Honey hog.
  • Preheat the egg to 300-350 with the conveggtor installed.
  • Install the Meater+ thermometer and place the turkey on the egg.
  • Cook the turkey to an internal temp of 160, then pull and tent with foil to rest.
  • Slice and enjoy!
